Hi all, This is a first for me. I never thought I would be the person to sit down and write a novel. I dropped all things 'English' at school as soon as I could and concentrated on Science, Sports and my Art. Science took me through University studying in Manchester and Glasgow. Then in 2008 a story came to me. I attempted to use it in my Art, but failed terribly and I picked up my laptop and it escalated from there. I enjoyed writing it. Escaping away from the real life of work to make believe was fun. I also managed to get some of my Art in there to help readers see how I saw my characters. It's my first novel and maybe my only novel. It may be rough but I loved writing it and I hope you enjoy it. Jill
