Daniel Freedman, a native of Johannesburg, South Africa, has a Bachelors of Arts (Hons) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in History and Political Science (sub-major: English, Philosophy (Hons). He has dabbled in many things including playing the pianoforte and building consumer electronics. He has an Amateur Radio license and has been tinkering with computers his whole life. He has completed a certificate in Art and Design and Computer Programming; and has been designing and developing for print and web media for about 8 years. He has been learning in Yeshivas Ohr Somayach for more than a decade and has completed the Hertz Institute Ohr Lagolah Program, receiving Rabbinical Ordination from HaRav Nechemiah Goldberg (Issur v’Heter) and a Bachelors Degree in Talmudic Law. He lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wonderful wife and charming children.
