JoAnn Partee is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix and her Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing and Publishing Arts from the University of Baltimore. Her publishing credits include articles for local magazines, chap books, and Welter Magazine (University of Baltimore publication). She currently provides freelance writing and graphic design services for various clients.
