Marc was born in Kenya. The son of a Cornish Mother and a Gloucestershire Father. In the first 21 years of his life he lived out of a suitcase and in 21 different places. (5 countries, 3 languages, 7 different schools). He now lives in the UK. He is married, with three children. He is also the proud author of three books. First came 'Poems to be Read in Bed', then came 'Unsung' (a Cornish novel based in Porthallow), and now 'The Last Train', a collection of poems and prose, some Cornish based, which was completed at the end of 2016.
