Marguerite's family hails from the Old Country; Nederland. (Which is what Dutch people call The Netherlands.) She grew up with six siblings. Her hardworking father; who was a postal clerk; also wrote; and read many many many books. (He was a huge inspiration for her that way!) After college; and the whole necessary practical course of things; she also began to write. She has been writing more than 40 years now!
