The iHelper came about from the two Geniuses (not really) Alexander Scheuch and Chase Isley. We are recent college graduates in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and also worked at Apple together as “At Home Advisors.” We specialized in troubleshooting iPod, iPad, and iPhone problems.
