Emma Beck is a self-published poet from Northern Ontario, Canada. Beck began writing at a young age. She started with short stories and moved onto poetry in her later teens. She wrote as an outlet, a type of therapy that allowed her to release her feelings. She only began thinking of publication after sharing some of her work with family and friends.
