The zine celebrates the biodiversity of northwest Alabama — one of the nation’s most species-rich regions. Native Flora 2 Autumn / Winter continues exploring the herbaceous layer of native landscapes and highlights the importance of habitat in the second half of the year. Use this zine to learn what & when to plant your greenery, to explore the ecological connections our plants have with other forms of life & their environments and to simply appreciate their beauty.
