Alex Pearl's second book is made almost entirely from stills from his short films. It is constructed in a number of tenuously connected sections. In one, images are made from unconsidered vignettes found in the backgrounds of existing works. In another he presents 63 frames from a video of a wind-powered flick book. In a third he describes experiences in continental cafés.
