This book is based on my relationship with my 3 years old Golden Retrieve. Chase is my inspiration and motivation to study and do research in animal nutrition. I needed to know what was allowed and what was not allowed for dogs. I really wanted to make him a birthday cake that looked like a human party cake. I also wanted a healthy cake prepared with natural products. I wanted to make sure I was offering my pet safe, chemical-free food. Chase and I worked hard with many hours as a team, I made cakes and cookies and Chase tasted them. Thus was born our cookbook “Pet Chef”.
