Unification Resolution - In order to harness and make optimal Economic, Social and Environmental use of contemporary international communications, two Semantically Unified Interface Structures have come to light before the Data Governance Counsel, namely the Intellectual Property Office Master Database and the Integrated Publisher Unit. The Intellectual Property Office Master Database is a set of related entities supporting the universal management of Intellectual Property managed by the License Agency. The License Agency provides the licensing of content and collects and distributes License Fee remuneration destined for the recipients. The License Agency also has the task of maintaining the industry classification structures in conjunction with the Data Governance Counsel. The Integrated Publisher Unit is managed by the Publisher, dealing with Retail Copyright Fee Distribution. It is the duty of the Producer, Publisher and Retailer only to expedite Licensed Goods and Services.
