Language In Action - Famous Artists

The Language in Action series of books provide activities to extend the learning of language in different contexts, providing cross-curricular opportunities to increase language literacy. This book contains sixteen paintings by famous artists. Each of these paintings has a series of questions which test a student's knowledge of different language concepts, such as grammar and word analysis. Through these questions, students will indirectly learn the names of famous painters, the names of the paintings, and will have the opportunity of art appreciation while consolidating their language skills.
