*The Codex* is ADM's sprawling 215-page compendium — a self-described "data soup" from which possibilities arise through recombination, transformation and replacement. It gathers sounds, materials, techniques, symbols, idioms, typologies, visions, tools, formulae, sketches, research, laws and regulations into a single generative reservoir, holding raw potential rather than finished argument.
In practice it moves fluidly between registers. Pages of handwritten notebook scans — orbital diagrams, the recurring "/–" sigil, word-pairings like *"Organised / Inorganic*" and "Reality of the possible" — sit alongside fully typeset technical material: the diagram theorised as an invisible organising matrix; "Sonic Sovereignty" with its non-commutative Clumpi-Set cryptography; and the complete MuMaGi 3PAC procurement framework (v1 through v3, including Cultural Practitioner engagement mapped onto RIBA work stages). Later sections turn architectural and historical — the anatomy of an oriel window assemblage, and an account of Victorian brick kilns and the figures who ran them.
The result is part grimoire, part technical manual, part sketchbook: a working archive where music theory, contract law, building construction, invented cryptography and freehand drawing coexist on equal footing. Formatted at 6×9" for print, it reads as the connective tissue beneath the wider MuMaGi cosmology — the soup everything else condenses out of.
