A 1000 years after a Great Civil War ravaged and destroyed the last dynasty of mankind, humanity has rebuilt civilization into a utopia with the help of a benevolent race known as The Council. For a millennia mankind and the Council have lived in harmony until, Militia, an anti-Council organization began a war of terror and sedition in hopes of overthrowing the Council.
