Lymes Disease At Close Quarters

For some of us, myself included, chronic illness can be a cruel and painful road that we’re unfortunately forced to walk alone. For in that place we spend far too many years suffering in total isolation where perceptions, prejudices and ignorance dominate every facet of our mortal being. But those of us, who do get through that process by our own volition, have both a right and an obligation to inform the world about the horrors we’ve endured and the skills we’ve gained. For in that way, we contribute through our own unique style the very essence of our thoughts, our life experiences and our desires for our fellow man. Because despite populist beliefs, Lymes Disease is not a life sentence and that is a FACT and you can take it from me, for once we understand the rationale behind root cause analysis, we are able to free ourselves from Lymes Disease’s grasp and soar once more like the eagles we were born to be.
