As a poet, I write to release the emotions that often feel too heavy to carry alone. My work delves into themes of abuse, depression, trauma, abandonment, and betrayal, but it is also filled with hope, rage, and resilience. Writing has always been my refuge, a way to process the darkest parts of my life and turn them into something tangible. Through my poems, I explore the rawness of my experiences, embracing the pain and the healing that follows.
