Album Description: Light in the Wind includes eight original duet compositions utilizing the 19-string lyre, low whistle, and tin / penny whistle. Writing with both string and wind instruments has been a joy as I play with the unique sounds and characteristics of each instrument; drawing them together in ways that both highlight and elevate the gifts of each instrument . Included is sheet music for all eight duet pieces. All compositions utilizing the lyre include two copies of the song 1) traditional notation 2) traditional notation with TAB (see photos) .
