MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS WITH MATHEMATICA

This book covers most of the topics that constitute Mathematical Analysis and their application using the scientific software MATHEMATICA. Successive chapters address topics such as limits of sequences, limits of functions in one and several variables, continuity in one and several variables, numerical series, convergence criteria, power series, power series expansions, differentiability in one and several variables, maxima and minima in one and several variables, optimization, vector differential calculus, numerical and symbolic integration in one and several variables, applications of integral calculus to calculating curve lengths, calculating surfaces and volumes of revolution, and calculating areas of plane figures, surfaces, and volumes in general. Finally, it covers differential equations and partial differential equations. A wide variety of examples and exercises solved using the Mathematica software are presented.
