MATLAB THROUGH EXAMPLES. MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS

The aim of this book is to present working with MATLAB and especially its applications in the field of Mathematical Analysis through examples and exercises. The book begins by introducing the reader to the use of the MATLAB environment, numbers, operators, variables, and functions. The next part covers limits, functions, continuity, and numerical and power series. Differentiation in one and several variables is then addressed, including differential theorems for vector fields. The topic of integration is then covered, including improper integrals, definite and indefinite integration, integration in multiple variables, and multiple integrals and their applications. Differential equations, Laplace transforms, Taylor series, the Runga-Kutta method, and other common methods are exemplified in detail.
