Kerr was a normal twenty-one year old, and he had everything a man could ask for: a great paying internship, enrollment in one of the best universities in the nation, a loving family, and a beautiful woman to spend the rest of his life with. He's the American dream come true.
All of that changes one day when he accidentally walks in on an in-progress bank robbery. He succeeds in foiling their plans, but problems arise when he is convicted for the very crimes he prevented.
Every day is now a struggle, as Kerr is convicted and sentenced to life in prison. He had everything he could have wanted; he now has nothing. Except time, a handful of problems, and a journal to detail them in.
