Hidden Treasures from an Urban Jungle

Treasure! The very word stirs the imagination and quickens the heart. The thought that somewhere hidden and free for the taking lie objects of great worth has inspired stories, films, and real life tales of adventure. For most of us, we are content to watch the movies and read the tales of others--yet God desires so much more for our lives! In the midst of what we understand to be “ordinary life” God has divinely placed people and circumstance much like clues on a treasure map--all of which lead to discovering Him in a new and exciting way! Hidden Treasures from an Urban Jungle recounts the experiences of a young missionary family living and sharing their faith in a large South American city. As they experience the emotional highs and lows of being strangers in a strange land, they also discover the hidden treasures placed just for them by a God who delights in surprising His children.
