What If

What if the words that name things are just words and nothing more. Words are just concepts used to explain our world while we explore. This book explores that the name of something doesn’t really define what it is. Rather, words are labels created to live by. For example, what if the night was called day. Would we snuggle in for bedtime stories, or go outside to play? Or, what if a table was called a bed. Would families sit there and enjoy meals together or lay down on top and sleep instead? The ideas presented encourage delightful imagination for a child to enjoy. The reader may ponder this question. Does the title, a label, or name we assign to something make it what it is?
