This is a print version of a free, on-line textbook that is available at http://math.hws.edu/graphicsbook. Note that the on-line version contains interactive content and is the preferred version. The print version, is provided as a convenience for people who want a bound hard copy. The prerequisite for the book is experience with programming, including an understanding of objects and object-oriented programming. It covers 2D and 3D real-time graphics with Java, HTML Canvas, OpenGL 1.1, three.js, WebGL, and WebGPU. Version 1.4 was released August 1, 2023.
