Chronicles of the Imagination: New Covenant

What is the price of faith? Lost, alone, and desperately homesick, Spikey Moonbeam and his ragtag band of Starananian time travelers have come a long way from home. Four months ago, Spikey, his family, and his friends were stranded at the very beginning of biblical history. Since then, they have stumbled their way through the centuries—learning from their mistakes, surviving one impossible situation after another, and making friends with some of the most remarkable people in the Bible - Noah, Shem, Caleb, and Moses to name a few. Each encounter has brought them closer to understanding the word of God unfolding around them—but seemingly no closer to finding their way home. Now their journey has brought them to a moment they never could have imagined. They are about to meet Jesus! From His birth in Bethlehem to His ministry, His death on the cross, and the garden tomb, Spikey and his friends will witness the greatest events in history—and worship their Savior face-to-face. Yet even in the presence of their greatest hope, danger is never far away. A sinister old enemy has followed them through the ages, and he is determined to destroy them before their journey is complete. As their adventure draws to its breathtaking conclusion, sorrow and hope will walk hand-in-hand. Friendships will be tested. Faith will be challenged. And one final sacrifice may determine whether they ever make it home. The journey that began at the dawn of biblical history is nearing its end. But it won't end until blood has been shed—and faith has been satisfied.
