Malcolm's Mission

Malcolm Munden lives in Alcion City with his sister. He has a good life, good job and is paid very well. One thing that ruins his life is having to share his town with what he calls is the scum of society: Mongols. He hates them so he goes on a one man mission to rid Alcion of the vermin that walks the streets. Detective Sergeant Hank Campbell is Alcion City's best detective and it's his job to find out who is responsible for the remorseless killings of three of the city's phyically and intellectually handicapped residents. Malcolm and his sister, Melinda, do not get along - in fact to put it bluntly: he hates her. She and the vermin that walk the streets are the two things that are stopping Malcolm from really enjoying his life.
