The Eleventh Year

Habituellement imprimé en 3-5 jours ouvrés
At the arrival of the new millennium, America had already come to be described as a post-Christian society. By 2060, people learned just how post-Christian society could get. Dexter Beaudry witnessed firsthand and up-close the infamous Friday of Fear episode in the year 2030, and in that appalling season he even played a small part in delivering the United States from a brazen attempt at violent revolution. But in 2060, renamed Year Eleven by the ideological offspring of that fight, a fallen America becomes embedded firmly in the grip of a powerful, malevolent authoritarianism. Dexter and his family must navigate their lives against a regime that embraces not freedom and liberty, but repression and despair. Dexter, his wife Ainslie and their two daughters do their best to maneuver through the new reality while maintaining their dignity as human beings and followers of Jesus Christ. But at a time when Christians are actively persecuted by government edict, dangers are ever-present.
