Out of the Ashes

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is probably the most common disorder while also probably the most misunderstood. PTSD is not limited to the combat survivor. This book recounts some of the experiences of my combat veterans as well as other experiences dealing in living with PTSD. This is a vitally important book for both those who live with PTSD and those who know people living with PTSD. After the various experiences follows counseling input which directly addresses what might have been said to that particular individual. In all cases it is important to remember that PTSD is a perfectly normal resonse to a perfectly abnormal situation. Remember, we are all in it together.
