Veteran Confessions

This book is devoted to all the men and women who are currently and have previously served in the United States Armed Forces. As a former U.S. Army Soldier and a current combat Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) veteran, I understand the hard work, dedication, and sacrifice it takes to protect and serve our nation. Words cannot express the appreciation I have in being able to find a way to help better serve our disabled veterans transitioning from active duty into the civilian sector. It is my hope that this poetry book helps bring better awareness to how transitioning with mental health issues, particularly PTSD, truly affects our veterans’ everyday lives. This book is for you and I hope everyone can relate and use this as a tool to help you in your everyday struggles. You are not alone.
