The Borax Boys A Fantasy

Comfortable in a retirement routine of mowing lawns and lazy afternoons discussing local and world news over a cold beer, two friends inadvertently make a discovery that would change their lives considerably. Initially their days are filled with a new elation and excitement, but gradually new experiences bring on complications beyond expectations. Finding under the scrutiny of a government agency, the two reluctant heroes vacillate between fulfillment and desperation as they seek to carry out three parts of a bargain. An odyssey evolves, taking them from California to North Carolina and on to Europe and Asia. This is a story about the human spirit, told with humor and compassion.
