From the Empower Texas PAC to the Texas Public Policy Foundation, from the Club for Growth to Grover Norquist’s Wednesday Group, all of these groups share a single philosophy — “to cut government in half in twenty-five years to get it down to the size where we can drown it in the bathtub” — and share most of the same paymasters.
