This book is the authors opinions and thoughts on how non-minorites for centuries have forced assimulation and change in all areas of society upon those who are minorites. Either one conformed or they were totally shut out from getting a shot at the "American Dream" Many cultures rather than conform started their own businesses which provided a product that non-minorites came to rely on. This book discuss how we can as a people make the world a better place for the next generation.
