This manual was developed with the consultancy of Chris Schaeffer of Sunbridge College and Robert Schiappacasse, administrator of the Shining Mountain Waldorf School. This 69 page report is being made available as a free download, or as a zero royalty printed book. While the manual was developed at EWS, it is recommended reading for anyone that is engaged in the governance (board, committees, staff, or college of teachers) of a Waldorf school.
