The Savage

The Savage

ParJacob R. Dring

Habituellement imprimé en 3-5 jours ouvrés
A band of soldiers moves deeper into enemy territory, each of their lives resting of their comrades' shoulders. Spent shell casings litter the earthly floor at their feet, and their dog tags dangle under their necks like loose nooses. Sweat and blood dries on their tattered skin. They wear scars as if they were decorative medals, and try to conceal their fear amid other falsely intrepid men. Where a soldier has a heart, it has bled and paused after the terror they've witnessed and the lives they've taken in a most distraught war. Yet as they progress beyond enemy lines, they discover that something has been snagging both allies and opponents during the night. No traces, sometimes not even blood. It does not take them long before they encounter this peculiar Savage, something with no remorse and no explanation. Survival is not guaranteed, but doubtful. These men endure to prove otherwise.
