Observations Personified

James Cerulle is a part of the class of 2028 at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts with a major in 2D Studio Art and a minor in Creative Writing. He lives at home in Wakefield, MA with his brother and parents. Some of his favorite pastimes include illustrating and narrative writing; in fact, he began writing his own stories ever since he was five years old! James has taken cues from authors Cormac McCarthy and Khaled Hosseini for his narrative writing, both of whom were introduced to him during his high school studies. As for his art, he employs a style that is reminiscent of reality but has an illustrative touch to make his work come alive. In the future, James is considering combining his love of writing and illustrating into a potential graphic novel or children’s book. He hopes that his career will lead him to create illustrations and stories that will inspire and entertain audiences.
