Officina Publicus is dedicated to providing “interesting yet entertaining works by authors whose major concerns for the work do not include a profitable interest.” I chose those words carefully because I wanted them to represent a certain spirit which is being left out of the mainstream media. It’s of a person laboring on their own, with little to no support from anyone other than perhaps a sympathetic spouse, who produces a work, a body of knowledge that is unique and wonderful, solely for themselves and a handful of others. They could care less about selling it and trying to make millions, they just produced it to have it and make a few people’s lives better.
