Clementina Martinez Lizardo is a retired elementary school teacher living in Cane,
Honduras. 34 years ago she started a soup kitchen that would provide meals to poor
children in the community.
As Part of my research, I traveled to Honduras in March of 2011 to collect data about
the chosen site as well as meet Clementina and the children she serves.
