Olga Mac Donald would be considered a rebellious teenager at best and an iconoclast by her close friends. She was nevertheless a brilliant student with prodigious skills in computer programming and most other curriculum courses. To everyone’s surprise she captured a generous scholarship to a prominent school in Canada and decided to enter Medical School. Her agile mind took her through computer programs with ease followed by more than a passing interest in stem cells and the great impact they had on the practice of medicine. She became so adept at preparing stem cells and injecting them that she and her medical partner enjoyed wide spread fame for their ability in effecting unorthodox cures. They both set up a practice in the Maritimes from whence they offered their services until their fame became their undoing. As happens sometimes, her social acquaintances fell prey to specific illnesses that she dealt with in her study of stem cells.
