Sometimes you read something that changes your whole life. In September 2005 I picked up a newspaper with an article about KnowThyNeighbor.org. This is the group who was publishing the names of the people who signed the anti-gay marriage petition in Massachusetts. After reading that two neighbors on my street had signed the petition, I got involved. Since then I have not stopped, and the more I read, the more appauled I am at how dishonestly the opponents to gay marriage conduct themselves. The wool has been pulled over the eyes of America. Why should this matter to you? Because being an American is both a privilege and a responsibility. Your loved ones' futures are at stake. Their ability to choose their own paths and form of self expression is about to be voted away if we do not stand up for liberty and equality. This matters to you because liberty is the most valuable heirloom you can pass on.
