Hiding in Plain Sight

This is the second edition of Hiding in Plain Sight. I’ve re-arranged, modified and updated almost everything from the first edition. Today, there are threats coming from all sides to our privacy and security. Some of them are physical and some are digital. Taking a few steps, some of them simple, some not-so-simple, will help keep you off the radar, allowing you to ‘hide in plain sight.’ Protecting yourself is slowly getting more difficult in this connected world. Steps you take today have repercussions in the future. You’re never sure when you’ll be thrust into the spotlight, and how far into your personal life others might dig. And it’s not just a private investigator, it could be a lawyer seeing dollar signs in your assets, a disgruntled ex-employee, a jilted ex-lover, or even just a crazed road-rager. Having protection in place before you’re exposed goes a long way to keeping you, and your family, safe.
