The Celestial Gate

It’s a nice cozy winter night. 10-year-old Alex is watching TV. Suddenly fire breaks out in the house and he gets separated from his parents. The floor burns and he falls in a hole under the floor! There, he is greeted (Not so kindly) by a group of monsters. There, he gets saved by his brother (who everyone thought was dead). They both find a door which needs crystal stars to open. It’s a one-way gate to the surface… or is it? Who started the fire? Why is there a literal HOLE under the house floor? How did his brother get underground? Will they make it to the surface?
