Karvaal: A World of Now

Filo Barnes never expects to enter the world of Karvaal, the land of the Eternal Now, the In-Between, where thoughts manifest instantly. He doesn't count on meeting Jem, either, the beautiful girl who becomes his teacher in the mysterious realm between worlds. Jem shows him that each decision he makes is important and how it affects his everyday life. When "Doctor Barnes" counsels his friend to stand up to her abusive boyfriend, he learns the consequences of his decision in Karvaal where all probabilities exist. What would have happened if Filo didn't go to that party at Crisco's house? If he had doubted Candy when she told him Eddie "Bruiser" Crumshaw was no longer her boyfriend? If his best friend, Rooney, hadn't died, that day, and he never got to play the Morphing Game? Come with Filo on a journey through Karvaal where Time as we know it does not exist, where anything is possible, where he discovers what's deep inside him and the life he's meant to live.
