This book is all about decision making. Making Out With Decisions was first published as a soft back in 2006 by Amazon, as part of an initiative to improve business operations and performance. This e-book version is the same text with URL's revised, plus a tiny change to the Bias section reflecting the world of proper research that has happened since 2006. Its recovered from an obsolete desktop publishing format, so has some presentational glitches for different e-book readers. This fits, loosely, with the later work on business models, processes, governance, policy and performance.
