Laronda is a mental health RN, women’s minister, Christian speaker, and author. Throughout her career, she has always been drawn to helping those who are broken and in pain. Laronda shares life-changing messages of hope and healing, guiding women toward spiritual growth and restoration. Her compassionate and engaging speaking style encourages women to embrace their emotional and spiritual journey toward wholeness. Laronda’s diverse background in mental health and biblical counseling equips her with a unique perspective to address the complex needs of individuals. Her expertise, nurturing, and empathetic approach create a safe and supportive environment for healing. With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, Laronda has worked in various fields such as cardiology, critical care, adult and children's mental health, drug and alcohol detox and recovery, and sexual offender programs. In addition to her nursing background, Laronda is an ordained minister and certified biblical counselor. Laronda has served as assistant director of Victory Life Ministries, where she provided pastoral counseling, led small groups, facilitated recovery groups, mentored women, and directed Daughters of Grace, a ministry specifically for women transitioning out of the sex industry. She founded and directed Agape Connection Ministries, Inc., an organization dedicated to helping women recovering from emotional trauma.
