Show me the Light

This story is about an eighteen-year old black male growing up in South Central Los Angeles. Plagued by a troubled past, Omar begins to re-think his life now that he has a family to look after. Growing up under the harsh circumstances in the ghettos of Los Angeles, trouble isn’t hard to find. Jobs are scarce and money is running low. Omar has to resort back to what he knows best. Can Omar rise above his problems and seek a life of success? Or will Omar succumb to the struggles of his life growing up in the ghetto?
