Physical Education EK-5 - Manual

This Physical Education program provides you with a unique opportunity to experience fitness that is tailored to your personal needs and interests. The goal of this program is to help guide you toward a lifetime of health, fitness, and well-being. You will receive a Physical Education Kit containing equipment to use when performing your Physical Education activities. It is recommended that 50% of your recorded Physical Education activity be done using the activities provided in this manual. Physical Education is designed with the goal and purpose of giving you the tools you need to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Physical Education activities serve as a guideline to engage in a variety of skills, games, and fitness and exercise programs. Wellness, obesity prevention, skill development, and social development are all components you should be exposed to during Physical Education.
