The Plan

Crime is up, prisons are overfilling and President David Kaiser is taking criticism for the country falling apart. With the president out of options, he turns to a rogue professor for answers. Nick Kennedy, known as Kendo to his friends, finds himself in the president's clandestine plan to assassinate notorious criminals before the dysfunctional justice system mishandles the apprehension and conviction. Everything is going to plan until Kendo and his partner, Matt LaPoint, find The Plan being abused by the power hungry White House. And once they try to get out, they become The Plan's next target.
