Victoria

The federal government called billionaire David Montgomery to report he owes the IRS $80 grand in property taxes. They tell him it comes from his property in Minnesota called Victoria. David travels to Victoria, only to find out that the town controlled by the Coalition of Moral Behavior (CMB), a strict ultra conservative christian group that controls the town with an iron fist. In the midst of the town's problem, his first love comes back into this life. Can David Montgomery save his 1st love from the CMB and save the town of Victoria at the same time?
