Everwhen

This book follows a young girl named Thea who is struggling with her sense of self. After her therapist has her try a new coping strategy, she wakes up in a dream-like realm called Everwhen. Her guide, Epoch, tells her why she is there and shows her around. On their journey, Thea meets other versions of herself: Thea #2, Thea #3, and Thea #4 each living a life shaped by different choices, different fears, and different pains. Some have suffered more than she has. Some have become what she couldn't. And some want her life badly enough to fight for it. After battling Thea #2 and Thea #4 to take back her sense of self, Thea faces her final choice: fight Thea #3 and risk losing everything, or accept that her own life, as imperfect and complicated as it is, might not be as hopeless as she once believed.
