Who are you?

I originally composed “Who Are You?” as a duo for violin and double bass in March of 2009. 
I rewrote it in June of 2009 for violin and cello. It was performed on August 10th 2009 at the Viana do Castelo Music Festival by my wife Irina Tseitlin and Nikolay Gimaletdinov to whom it was dedicated. As an artist and composer, I had an opportunity to illustrate my music. In “Who Are You?” the key word is You and I encourage performers to create their own music and not to be afraid of being disrespectful to the composer. Michael Tseitlin
