Poste Restante

Seventeen years ago, the author and her husband left well-paid careers to travel through the Anzac countries for a year. Originally written for her eyes only, then transcribed for her children and grandchildren, her journal is a deceptively laid-back, humorous and insightful description of people, places, politics and natural wonders in the ‘90’s. Pat pulls no punches in expressing her ambivalence about personal relationships, be they in the confined space of campers or over long distances, not helped by the vagaries of ‘Poste Restante’.
